Where are you based?

🇵🇹 All of Free Range Tribe products are designed and developed in our home base in Lisbon, Portugal. Everything you see in our store starts as an idea, which then gets translated into the digital art, and then printed onto garments and decor elements. 

Production process

💫 Everything is manufactured by our production partners in various locations across the globe - UK, USA, Mexico, China and Latvia. Partnering with different makers, who have different specializations means a wider variety of products! 

🧵 We operate on Print on Demand basis and everything is made from scratch. That means that items get produced only when you place your order. They get printed, cut, sewn, packaged and then shipped. Some item take longer to make due to their construction complexity (for example dresses - they have multiple panels and each needs to be created and combined), some - quicker. Our usual processing time is about 5-10 days. Please refer to the the individual product description for more details.

🌱 Being print on demand company helps us being less wasteful (by not creating an unnecessary amount of items) and more versatile in what we offer.

Shipping

📦 Depending on the product and country of delivery, it might take 10-30 days. Please note, that this doesn't include the production time.  

Returns and exchanges

💙 We treat each order as unique and custom made and create the products especially for your, so unless there is a fault with the item we can not accept returns or exchanges.

What do I do if the product is faulty?

Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Simply email us at hello@freerangepeople.store the photo and description of the fault within 14 days upons receiving your order and we’ll arrange a replacement.
