Returns

Thanks for shopping with us! We are committed to sustainability rather than creating lots of quick fashion items. That's why we chose to operate under zero-waste made-to-order production structure, we produce each item to order, especially for you. You can read more about the way we operate here.

Our returns policies:

  • Due to the nature of our business (custom made each item to order) we do not offer returns
  • We accept returns and exchanges for faulty (on our side) items - wrong size/wrong item/defective items
  • We are not responsible for wrong adresses being given at time of the order or lost/stolen packages

What do I do if the product is faulty?

Whilst rare, it does occasionally happen. Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!

Email us at hello@freerangepeople.store the photo and description of the fault within 14 days upon receiving your order and we’ll arrange a replacement.

What qualifies for returns? 

  • Wrong sizes
  • Wrong items
  • Items with defective quality issues 

Returns eligibility:

  • All items must be unused/unworn
  • All items must be In original packaging
  • All items must be free of foreign smells
  • All items must be free of defects not caused by our error.
  • We have received the request within 14 days of when the item was marked as delivered.
